Lower Curve |
This parameter controls the lower part of the S curve. At 50% the curve is a smooth
S shape. As the parameter is reduced below 50% the curve becomes straighter and
straighter. As the value is increased about 50% the curve becomes more and more
pronounced, in fact, you may have to shift the curve upwards to see it.

Upper Curve |
This parameter controls the upper part of the S curve. At 50% the curve is a smooth
S shape. As the parameter is reduced below 50% the curve becomes straighter and
straighter. As the value is increased about 50% the curve becomes more and more
pronounced, in fact, you may have to reduce the amplitude to see it.

Amplitude |
This parameter controls the height or scaling of the wave in the Y axis.
The smaller this value the shorter the wave.
|
|

|
Frequency |
This parameter controls the period or scaling of the wave in the X axis.
The bigger this value the shorter period over which the wave repeats.

|
Shift |
This parameter allows the wave to be shifted in the Y axis. That is, the wave
can be moved up and down.
|

|
Phase |
This parameter allows the wave to be shifted in the X axis. That is, the wave
can be moved left and right.
|
|
|
|
Lower Clip |
This parameter allows the bottom of the wave to be clipped or chopped off. As this
value is increased it sets a limit below which the wave will be flat.

|
Upper Clip |
This parameter allows the top of the wave to be clipped or chopped off. As this
value is increased it sets a limit above which the wave will be flat.

|
Invert |
This check box allows the wave to be inverted. When it is enabled the wave will
be drawn upside-down.

|
|
Reverse |
This check box allows the wave to be reversed. Normally the wave is drawn from left to
right. However, when this check box is enabled the wave will be drawn from right to left.

|
Repeat |
This check box allows the wave to be repeated. This function only really works when the
frequency is greater than one. Then, with this check box enabled, the wave will repeat
as many times as specified by the Frequency parameter.

|
Triangle |
This check box allows the wave to be drawn based on a triangle function. When enabled
the wave is drawn, mirrored around the Y axis giving a whole new set of possibilities
for wave shapes.
