Function Parameters Page The Functions page controls all the settings for the actual texture function. |
![]() |
Axis Page The Axis page controls the scaling, positioning and alignment of the texture. For certain texture you can also control the axis on which they operate and/or the wrapping mode. |
![]() |
Color Map Page The Color Map page controls colors that make up the color map. Each color can be individually disabled or their opacity controlled with the overall layer setting (in conjunction with a alpha map). Whether the colors are blended or not can also be controlled along with how the attributes are applied to the object. |

Blends Page The Blends page controls the blend points for the color and alpha maps. |
![]() |
Alpha Map Page The Alpha Map page controls the values for the alpha map. The alpha map is used to control the application of all the object's attributes based on the current texture function. |
![]() |
Affect Others Page The Affect Others page allows control over the object's attributes based on the current alpha map and texture function. |
![]() |
Affect Specularity Page The Affect Specularity page allows control over the object's specularity based on the current alpha map and texture function. |
![]() |
Affect Transparency Page The Affect Transparency page allows control over the object's transparency based on the current alpha map and texture function. |
![]() |
Bump Page The Bump page allows control over the height or depth of the bumps along with any top or bottom clipping. |
![]() |
Noise Page The Noise Page allows the texture to be mixed up using a turbulent noise function. This noise function can also be animated. |

Each combiner has a rich set of controls. These include an
advanced noise generator. A noise pattern can be used to
mix up the combiner function. The noise can be fully
controlled and even animated.
Also, different waves can be applied to the combiner function to give even more pattern variations. Two further parameters, Gain and Bias, allow full control over the contrast and brightness of the combiner function so that the mixing can be finely tuned. Finally, controls are provided to give precise control over the actual combiner function. |
